I will meet with anybody interested in the Paleo Challenge tonight at 6 PM at the gym.
We have several people already signed up and ready for the start on September 1!!!
Don't forget we need to complete you body compositions and photographs!

Now that I finally can sit without assistance, it will be my upper body's turn to be in pain I suppose - will be there at 6pm so looking forward to it!

I don't think the cavemen had Jack....or coke.....but good job on the chicken on the barbie - I'm sure that's just how they did it.

This is the miracle of Corel Painter. The free demo version. I literally started with a pencil sketch, and have just built this from that. I am far from being done, but I believe I'll be purchasing this software in the future. The ability to 'paint' is amazing, the texture is great, the blending is wonderful and I love pastel but I hate the mess in real life. This way, I don't have to have the mess, it is all on the computer!
I also have my first Painting class tonight. I am very excited. I am learning to go slow, be thorough and take my time. I actually went through the tutorials for Corel Painter lasdddfast night so I could LEARN the tools and how it all works. And guess what? It makes it easier! I've never taken the time to really LEARN. So now I am, in all aspects of my life.
