    100 Overhead Squats

    For Time

    Men=95#/Women 65#

    Core strength test on this WOD.  Be sure to lock those shoulders to the ears, active shoulders, crease of the hip below the crease of the knees.  Focus on tight abs.  This is a true measure of your core strength!  Work hard and ramp up the intensity!!!

    I am back and in action.  I want to thank everyone for helping out when I was laid-up.  It was a boring 7 days!!!  Thanks to LaRae and Michelle for covering all the classes and to those of you that helped clean the gym!

    How is the Paleo Challenge working for everyone?  I must confess that it was working wonders on me until I got caught kissing the pig!  Then all rules went out the window.  Can I tell you how good Corn Pops taste!  AWESOME!  Now back to finishing the challenge.  I have seen some tremendous change in a lot of you and hope you are noticing it also!
