So if anyone of you are struggling with the first couple of days wondering what you will do for breakfast. I searched the internet long and hard trying to find some answers for all of us. Here is what I found...

Tried the Shrimp stuffed avocado. It was OK. Needed salt in my opinion! That's why I think the cavemen went to the ocean, got some water and let it evaporate, leaving sea salt! Seems plausible to me!

I'm not digging this orange type. Anyhow, I will bring in a recipe this weekend for "Egg Cupcakes" that I recently found. It will be perfect for you paleo folks. Basically, it makes about 18 cupcake shaped breakfast keesh type things. I don't think keesh is spelled right. Either way, they are perfect for a quick breakfast if you don't have time to make one. They last about a week or so in the fridge. Good stuff!
