Thanks Craig for the great breakfast recipes. I, too, have been looking at or researching more about the Paleo diet, and if you go to http://www.thepaleodiet.com/nutritional_tools/recipes.shtml, there are a variety of recipes to try.

Here is 35 days of great recipes... the ones in green click on and the recipe with show up...

Here's the link for the variety of recipes, sorry about the first one, I put a comma at the end. http://www.thepaleodiet.com/nutritional_tools/recipes.shtml

Tried the Shrimp stuffed avocado. It was OK. Needed salt in my opinion! That's why I think the cavemen went to the ocean, got some water and let it evaporate, leaving sea salt! Seems plausible to me!

I'm not digging this orange type. Anyhow, I will bring in a recipe this weekend for "Egg Cupcakes" that I recently found. It will be perfect for you paleo folks. Basically, it makes about 18 cupcake shaped breakfast keesh type things. I don't think keesh is spelled right. Either way, they are perfect for a quick breakfast if you don't have time to make one. They last about a week or so in the fridge. Good stuff!

Here is another great site for Gluten Free recipe's...
